How do I place an order online? What happens next?

You can search our product catalog for the battery pack(s) you are looking for. You can then follow the easily laid out steps to add the products you need to the shopping cart, and complete your order. Once you have completed the order (checked out), you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order. You will receive a second e-mail as soon as we ship your order with tracking information.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, we send an e-mail to you with the tracking information for your package. How can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order, we send an e-mail to you with the tracking number. You can use this number on the FedEx Website (www.fedex.com) to track your order. Alternatively, you can contact FedEx and provide the tracking number to a FedEx agent who will be happy to assist you.
